Mr. Sawant didn't secure custodianship powers until this Monday (July 12, 2021) when the order was actually signed by the case judge. Therefore couldn't do anything before July 12, 2021 but now can start doing!!

Let's hope that Mr. Sawant gets the memo that he's now officially "The Man" and that he needs to update all state (NV & TX) and SEC filings ASAP.
