Then why is the date that Nationstar and its subsidiaries were acquired considered an ownership change, at least by some. If it isn’t the acquisition of Nationstar and its subsidiaries, then what triggered an ownership change three years ago? Am I missing something again (which is quite possible). I’m not trying to start controversy, just asking a question to try to understand what’s going on here.
