WHO on earth ever said that ONCE HERE? It sure WAS NOT ME, NOW WAS IT AYA !!!!!!!!

AYA and I discussed all of those cases numerous times as they were moving forward and THE ONLY THING ever said in our conversations was, SHE SHOULD PREVAIL, but there is/was NO GUARANTEE she would....... She and I both were cautiously optimistic, but we always BOTH HAD serious doubts they would ever allow this to be really opened up again and guess what,. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED, it was buried yet again...........
