He spun off the FHBC as a dividend to the shareholders of VGID, and now look it is a failure. He diluted the crap out of its shares over the years. A good bunch of each company's shares end up in his pocket. They voted him out in April of 2021, and now they dragged his sorry butt back to the company? We have been waiting over 4+ years for our LOFB/BNOW spin off never even got those shares. He call him Mr. BSer for a reasaon. Only knows how to put out Tweets and Pr's to pump the stock to help his friends make money, eventually the stock comes back down in price and do it again. The record date of the SNTX spin off LMFAO!
