Kanadian, if NSAV was one business, then yeah, it has too many shares. But, NSAV could have a dozen or more companies under it. Divide those shares a dozen ways and you have something like 400 million each. There are many with 500- 1 billion. Trust the people in charge. They are experienced and know what they are doing. I am certain they feel the company will grow into the number of shares and everything is fine as is. So, instead of having 10000 shares worth $300 each for a total of $3 mil, you will have 3 million at $1.00 each for $3 mil. It all works out and the beauty is it allows anyone to participate.
