Oh yeah - this is explosive on filings. I didn't even have enough time to get my buy in before it was up 50%. That speaks volumes to me, as I think the Float is locked and some "entity" has been controlling the price action over the past month or so. As soon as that quarterly hit, they had their buys executing.

As far as filings. I know they need 1 more for 2013, but after that, the company was basically not active, so 2014 to current should be the same. Not sure if all are needed, as they filed that 15-12G in 2014.

I cant wait to see what is coming in here.
