If JPS is redeemed then all lawsuits are gone

What will happen to all these lawsuits if GSEs announces in Q2 report August 28/29 that GSEs will redeem all leftover JPS by Q3? After SCOTUS ruling and also in Q2, GSEs might have already purchased back Billions of JPS. There may be $20B-$25B left to redeem at $25 or $50.

May be Washington Federal survive.
