His facebook pics page is loaded with pics from conferences all over the world, parties, celebrations, awards, just not stop! I believe the Company is worth a bundle! It's actually a Company made up of 11 smaller companies, each with their own expertise! Everyone thought the SEC would lay off since they were in the midst of catching up filings and merging! So I believe he either borrowed it from friends or some lender. But paying the 8.2 will be a drop in the bucket compared to what they'll make! I'm sure they'll sell some MSSV shares because the float should be a lot bigger since the Company IMO, is worth probably 50 to 100 million, maybe much more, not sure really but if you do some dd you'll see, they are big and established as well!
