Please read the last paragraph of the following article regarding shareholders stock after chapter 11 restructuring...old stock in the pre bk chapter 11 is replaced with new stock...this could only mean that stockholders that survive in chapter 11, their previous equity in the old company has been reworked into the new stock, by agreement of all parties involved.. that is bondholders, preferred shares and all other creditors......Lodas
