I would look first to the politics of any new location. Hire an investigator consultant lobbyist if need be.
a. location without any medical recycling nearby but recycling of other materials.
b. hire an engineer experienced in recycling to meet with all pertinent regulatory bodies in the state and locale.
c. location with a pro business mentality.
d. hook up with a hefty politician such as the governor and his AG. Time it to consider any elections that could change the landscape.
e. consider a location in another country... like Mexico where we will be doing the solar business... Mexico City would be ideal, even Monterey which is not too far from the border. In Mexico you can buy your way to success. However, the company would need deep pockets or sweeten the deal with stock.
Hold, let the tricksters do their bad mouthing and don't sell. Add to your holdings if it dips bigly.
Nick really needs to engage even more now than ever before. He does a good job considering most OTC trash. Hold why? Because we are not a one shot deal. Look at the Solar development news just out for Australia and the bus shelter etc AD business.
Would not surprise me to hear of other locations already in the works for Med recycle. Work on that but let's get the other two up and running. I would spin off or at least hire someone strong and capable for the other two businesses. Nick has the experience now of what all can go wrong. The med recycler is a disruptive tech that is a threat to others in recycling. Expect dirty pool. The company has a great future no doubt about that.
