One thing you are forgetting though Tenney. If in fact Dennis has scored a multi-billion dollar contract to roll out the DarkPulse BOTDA tech....everything else wouldn't even matter at that point.

And from the way it's being seen through his current DPLS team lineup, they may have very well snagged billions which would then show up in later Financials down the road. If your LONG then this is Golden...if your SHORT ...well stay short.
