Saw this press release and trying to figure out this whole otc mess. If you have the password codes from otc Markets you can instantly up load filings to get current. They are reviewed by otc and then approved with a tier change or sent back with a email stating what needs to be fixed. So what Application are these companies talking about? It cannot have anything to do with being verified because I am seeing no verified companies even put out filings. This whole thing is a shit show.
