Well, for anybody that cares it might be as simple as the creditors know they will be paid per the judges agreements with all parties concerned before June 17th. 2022, then statue of limitations will expire. We will get the same money they do depending if Arch's shares are canceled. As I said before it could be .008 or .017 respectively. However, when this agreement might have be construed the new SEC ruling was not known. This could actually cause a short squeeze and we maybe rewarded sooner.
