It's almost impossible to tell if they're dishonest. The level of hyperstupidity suggests that they may not be able to tell the difference between real and they're fever dreams.
None of the evidence suggests that Trump didn't do it. It points pretty damningly to the fact that he got away with it. And that's mostly through overt corruption in his administration.
