WILMINGTON, DE / ACCESSWIRE / July 9, 2021 / Luminar Media Group, Inc (OTC PINK:LRGR) ("Luminar") today announced the termination of the planned merger with Unified Global Inc of Denver, Colorado and Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("Unified") announced in February 2021.



"We are disappointed that an agreement was not possible, and I appreciate our team's efforts over the past 6 months. We will continue the development of our existing products and look for additional early-stage technologies to acquire and develop," stated Luminar CEO Chris Cook.
