That's why I believe after the USA legalizes Cannabis and the federal tax revenue stream starts up, the EU will follow in 5 - 10 years.
Everyone is thirsty for new revenue sources. Legal cannabis could be a $100B industry in less than 5 years.
"Bootleggers" will get shut down because the FEDS will be highly motivated. Private individuals in many states will be allowed to grow up to 6 plants. The "pot-farms" will be hammered.
The feds won't just confiscate equipment and such; they'll go after the illegal producers on taxes.
Tilray is a great worldwide cannabis play given the assets currently in place, and Irwin being a great brand developer.

Virginia just went legal so I am sure Tennessee will. One they taste the tax money their hooked worse than hooked on heroin. Their politicians..
