Having an economic incentive to a technological platform among shareholders doesn't divide the line.

If I want to talk to the CFO of a company on Bloomberg, I can instant message him. It's the same with any chat platform.

If Michael goes onto Telegram and talks and chats, there is no difference what he did and what a CFO does on the Terminal.

What does having a free service have anything to do with it?
