That is a good CYDY question. I have never really reviewed the Prostagene contract, so not sure what was in or out of the deal. Makes sense that all elements to be transferred to Cydy are transferred with full payment. I would imagine however that all property was initially transferred and Pestell was to receive shares over a period of time. I did read the pleadings in the case and the behavior of the CEO is to say the least shocking. All these deals usually start out with everyone on the same page and no problems anticipated. I will have info to report by the end of the month on many matters.
