Everyone was tired of the bashers so the board was formed.

Now it's a self-reinforcing echo chamber.

Were people exiled for asking questions?

I was involved in a private board many years ago. It didn't end well.

There were plenty of signs something was wrong and we ignored them because, everyone had an agenda, every problem was 'shorts'.

A large investor even joined our board and fed us BS even after a Wells noticed was filed. People went to jail.

We fell for it hook, line and sinker.
