What happened to the other side of the contract ?

And what is this Prostagene LLC ?

I thought CYDY bought Prostagene and all it's intellectual assets. They paid the shares , were forced to pay more in settlements.

And yet they were being sued by Prostagene LLC

Did Pestell not turn over some assets ? Did he just go start another company with the same name ? What's the story there ?

Sometimes things just don't seem to add up.

Is Pestell such an arrogant being that after he sold worthless Prostagene to CYDY and was then fired for cause, he just went and started an LLC with the same name ?
