Those incantations of support for NP always go back to “If “:or some assumption, always giving NP some mystical “ benefit of the doubt “, which on it’s face demonstrates how much he screws up. It was a complete failure to not raise money in the $5 to $7 range. A CEO buddy of a NASDAQ company did an$ 80 Million raise last summer. They didn’t “ need” it then, but it sure came in handy when FDA delayed their BLA 8 months to do an inspection off shore of the factory. It is much easier to do a raise when the money is not “ needed” and I always thought it was a big error by management to not take advantage of the favorable climate at that time.
