The management already tweeted they will HIT deadline without issue!

IMO- Please do the DD and you won’t have to ask such questions. They literally took the time to specifically announce they were given clearance from SEC that they are good to go and made it clear to shareholders they will be all set by the Sept deadline. Even sooner. To me- that might explain some of the reason for the higher baseline.
