Zhabilov isn't a spring chicken anymore. He's probably thinking of the legacy he wants to leave. His contribution to Enz C is undeniable. But since he has ties with us here at $BSSP, I think he's going to try and push all of his patents. Some with company X, some with company Y and maybe some with company Z.
The merger/acquisition could very well be another company that can produce something valuable from Zhabilov patents.
The fact that Zhab is involved tells me this will be good and is not a P&D.
All of the above is pure speculation mixed with lack of sleep and a bunch of medicinal cannabis...blah.
