Hey SmilinB, just checking in on TURDX and see nothing has changed. These guys will be part of the PRC before they know it since they are incredibly slow to figure out what to do with this TURD. On another note I was at the Key Biscayne beach (Crandon Park) and the ocean was soo fricken hot. This weekend I'm going to Billy Baggs since I know the ocean must be cooler, I'm really missing my Hollywood Beach condo although the structure was almost as bad as Champlain Towers, one of the reasons I sold. Nice to see the rain go away finally but the mosquitos are terrible now. Enjoy the weekend! Mike
