There are instances where no one owns it really, that is how custodian's get control to begin with, this seems to be more a legal limbo where there is disputes from the courtside as to who owns it legally.

Regardless to go through the courts I don't see there being enough time to get court approval, get OTCIQ access and get the filings done in time, just not possible
