Yes, as of last night (7-7-21) GOFF's profile on OTC Markets was updated to reflect MR Sharp as the sole "Sheriff in town". He has full access and control now. Per his previous communications on the the 9th of June:

So in short, they have been crunching the numbers for a while.
Per the changes on OTC Markets last night, I would expect current status in short order.
