How are you figuring FRD numbers? You're deducting the derivative gain from pretax income right? Because I come up with Q4 earnings around .90/share when I do that.

Q1 to be reported in August supposed to be better than Q4, along with a PPP loan forgiveness gain. Plus I'm guessing another healthy derivative gain as steel prices have continued to surge higher. Then they already see further improvements in fiscal Q2 ending 9/30/21 (I thought this was the most bullish part of yesterday's PR as this was new info).

I missed the AH action yesterday. Looks like the stock got as high as the $14.80's on decent volume. I would have trimmed some in the $14's if I'd been at the computer. Just because the micro market has been so rough lately. Every pop seems to fade. Look at IMMR yesterday after preannouncing a great quarter. Futures pointing to an ugly open today too :(

How many $13 stocks posted quarterly earnings of $1.50/share? I think FRD is way too cheap here. If I'd sold some in AH, would be looking to add back on weakness. We've got huge EPS on the way, with even more eye-popping comps. Steel prices are through the roof and FRD is adding capacity. They're also big in energy, which is rebounding strongly in recent months. Plus I still think FRD would be an attractive acquisition for a mid-sized steel company.
