im not sure if spike le had been made president of prodigy at that time...but ive no doubt that all that was required of rice was to hold the flowers and smile for the camera....

it seems that now, management's presence is not required in vietnam at all except to once again, hold the flowers, smile and sign their name on agreements and contracts already negotiated by le...

in fact, what is rice's job anymore?...he was in charge of the lab in michigan...but now that they have fired the chief scientist and are taking away equipment and sending it to prodigy, i wonder just how much work that lab is doing?...and do they really need a c.o.o. to be in charge?...

and if jet le is pretty much taking care of prodigy and rice doesnt really want to spend a lot of time in vietnam anyway, then what exactly IS rice doing?...

the texas farm got sold so we cant pretend theres anything there for rice to do...

i should think he'd be spending a lot of time in vietnam during this critical time period but from what i can tell, he'd really rather spend as little time in vietnam as possible...
