Those last two trades of the day are very telling...
First, it looks like KBLB diluted another 344K shares just before close. You can tell that it was probably done via a "dark pool" because the trade occurred outside of the spread, and it is listed as "avg". The spread was 0.114 x 0.12, yet the sell was at 0.1124 (well below the bid).
Second, there was a paint job done in the last 1/2 minute of the trading day. An entire 111 shares (for the lump sum of $13) was bought to pump up the share price.
Both of those things don't look too good for shareholders...
