Something to note... McDonald's did a majority of their interior remodels in 2019. The cost was in the billions of dollars. Restaurants performing the same remodels are looking at a 30% (fast numbers, would not be surprised to see/read a higher percentage) increase in construction costs. McDonald's balance sheet is going to look so much better than most.
