SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Well, its finally done. We just posted the Disclosures on the OTC Markets.
Our attorneys are reviewing the filings and will render the opinion letter, hopefully but this Friday. All things considered, SUTI should be upgraded back to "OTCPK Current Status" sometime next week.
As an FYI. Some of you have been asking as to why our filings are being posted as "10Q's" and "10K's" ? That is the format used for "Fully Reporting Filers". We are doing this in preparations for filing to the next trading tier on OTC Markets, OTCQB and/or OTCBB, with the goal of filing to trade on the "big boards", such as NASDAQ.
We have made a "global decision" across all of our companies trading on OTC Markets. Recently, we assembled a team of professionals , we call them "Audit Consulting Group". These are several professional groups such as: CPA's, SEC Lawyers, (different from attorneys we use for filings currently), and PCAOB Auditing CPA's. This group is led by my associate George/Jorge, and so far they completed UITA, and working on AURI, and so on ...each company one at a time .
I feel confident that all these efforts will add and enhance our companies and their SHAREHOLDERS value.
