Yeah, sure...

No announcement, no PR, no filings, nothing when this "banque" chose to inhabit a completely dead stinky pink shell company. Then, "surprise!!!," we've got over $300M in cash. Then, "surprise," in 1 quarter we racked up $400M in accounts receivable for a net asset value of over $700M. No word, nothing, on where it came from. Then, "surprise!!," we bought controlling interest in a Bolivian "Bank." No detail in that transaction, of course, but can't expect anything since this $700M "bankque" is feeding imaginations.

Then, no announcement, no filing, nothing, the O/S is up by 425M shares in 1 quarter.
