Yes indeed, Occam's Razor is quite revealing. Let's take a look at how hard erhc has fought against revocation.
Their first reply to the action was filed late and was missing key basic information. Why would a company that engaged in huge, lengthy, and expensive litigation that produced the 400 page document, file such an obviously sub-standard response to the revocation action?
Even more concerning are the reasons erhc gave to attempt to justify the fact that required SEC documents have not been filed for several years. While the excuse that gag orders caused the years of total silence by erhc is questionable imo, the most alarming are erhc's claims of financial hardship as a reason, apparently false claims according to erhc's largest shareholder:
Erhc listed several reasons including both resources and the gag order in its response to the SEC Division's motion.
But, take the lack of resources argument with a grain of salt:
1) multi year, multi continent lawsuit
2) no bankruptcy
3) payroll paid per PPP forgivable loan from govt
4) revenues generated per PPP forgivable loan from govt
5) removal of IRS lien
6) vaporization of most if not all debt (while Addax had debt when it made its 7 billion sale)
7) possible consummation of its deal with revenue producing Starcrest.
