It's ALWAYS A SCAM when a publicly traded otc pink shit company constantly says and talks about how they're gonna do this and that, then NEVER does shit. They also like to put fake enormous valuations on themselves as well. Problem is there's WAY to many STUPID people that either don't know or don't care if they're lying and scamming.
