Actually I've been a shareholder in both stocks for quite some time because of them being a Glass custodian in the past and both are very thin. It does appear they are finally getting a merger going through on EVCC though and it looks like the new CEO/President will own 80M shares of it. I just haven't found any info on the new CEO for NUVI. Did you happen to come across anything? Happy 4th!
