I think was a larger holder.. and very stupid.. I was actually watching L2 when the sell went through.. it was a limit sale for 7 mils..

took all the bid above 0.0105 and the 3 mils were left on ask hanging at 0.0105

so 4 mils on the bid
3 mils left on the ask block

very smart indeed.. I am glad it's gone
