His expertise is in solar and Spectacular is his 1st business, I believe. It's very much a learning experience. He now knows he has to keep a hand in every aspect of the business and not trust it to be done correctly. Working for a company you just don't see that. The harder the lesson the better it resonates with me. I think with most people. This was a very hard lesson for Doug.
