LOL! The "underbanked" have zero need to order a batch of private label gift cards. The underbanked are not "clients" of SurgePays Inc. LOL!

The "underbanked" who have little to no cash are going to buy a gift card that can be used "only in" the store they buy the gift card in?
That is stupid!

And no mention of the benefit to the convenience store owner to order-up private label gift cards.
