Or maybe the Q had information that wasn't completely up to date because they didn't want to show the additional dilution since 6-22-21.
Whether the dilution was done yesterday or on 6-22,6-24, or whatever. The fact remains that it has increased 175,107,777 shares since 6-22-2021 as the stick note states.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
