This is true. But also to the contrary, there is no reason for the company to dilute after the fact, when dilution could have already been significant here. I believe this RS is to attract lower interest investors in the future. We should be able to maintain a PPS above $1 post split, but of course while trading in the pink sheets, nothing surprises me.
I have a really good feeling we are about to get some very significant, positive updates in the near future. JMO
