That scenario sounds eerily like a true life story of a company I was invested in where I ended up testifying against the CEO of an Atlanta based company. You should have heard my wife's voice when she picked up the call from the FBI on our home answering machine. It was the SEC branch of the FBI and they wanted local shareholders so they didn't have to pay to fly people in to testify if they didn't have to. Cheap bastages. LOL

Maybe WTH was invested in that company also but I do not see any similiarities between the two myself.
