Is there a possibility of both the parties telling the 5th circuit on July 2nd that they will settle outside of the courts amicably on compensation agreement? Or is that not even remotely a possibility?

When the courts asked the parties to respond on how to proceed by July 2nd , what are the possible options that's on the table? Anyone??
