Is this unfolding plan part of the plan from before they bought the subs? Or is part of the plan after buying the subs? Or is it after buying, and then losing some of the subs? Or is it part of the plan that they are now working on with the new team. This plan is what again? By whom? And will they actually implement the plan, not like the past plans, that have gone no where. Thats a lot of plans, eh?
