Still trying to figure this thing out...Makes more sense if RSHN takes over HeliosDX with no spinoffs, etc as it seems to me that only one of the two names will be filing on going financials with SEC as it amends and tightens OTC stock market regulations. As a business admin. major in college, I hated accounting and finance but I always have a keen interest in the stock market. I got limited info. from reading the document pertaining to HeliosDX and I can only count on my limited DD on the current events and I don't necessarily take in or believe what I read from some posts here.
Thought I would need some enlightenment as I read the 2018 filing on whether HeliosDX was filed as a D.B.A. or a sub. company? Seems to me the companies share the same capital, assets, resources,etc thus far? I would make my stock trading open as I learn about their progression as time moves along.
It ain't easy to get listed on NASDAQ without a major R/S and since this is a no-go deal and be back to where it belongs? Take the example of stock ACB that went from OTC to NASDAQ, it was granted a said/firm date when it began trading on the big board.
So news and speculations are one thing and the actual happenings --another.
