There aren't millions short. Risk-Reward sucks shorting pennies. Huge margin requirements, interest & fees make it financially unfeasible except in the most extreme cases.

Risking infinite loss v. Max gain of 100% is a disincentive.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
