Doug lied to me personally and others. This should be a $.001 stock. Read it. I have been quiet for awhile waiting to see what the actual financials would be like. Tired of posting and saying SOON right after I got off the phone with him and then NOTHING happening. Doug told me for the past year that things are and would be amazing and to hang tight. "Financials will be out VERY soon". Doug Lied on the phone, email and text. This is just a way to try to cover his ass. I am beyond upset and you have rarely if ever seen me post negative or bash a stock much less one I own. He never had $3m in that bank and he knew it and approved fillings back then anyway. He never had a $50m backlog knew it and posted it anyway. Apparently they are in deep debt right now and cant pay the bills. They reached out to an SEC attorney about wanting to do a reverse. They are also actively looking for convertible lenders now because they are in desperate need of cash. This company should be sued into oblivion. Doug should go to Jail. Anyone involved in signing off of the PR's and Financials should either be censured or go to Jail. This company should be taken over by investors period. Make no mistake I know for a fact after today they are shopping for convertible debt and are seeking counsel for a reverse after. I am a seller and a buyer much MUCH lower.
