I just checked the OTC website (see link below)

Something is happening on the OTC website for SPSO. All the late fillings notifications were taken off and now shows fillings thru 2018.

The late filing notifications that were there for Qtrs and annuals for 2019,2020 are gone. Also the filling for 9/30/2019 has been taken off.

I always check this website every day:



May not mean anything, but something has changed.
