I believe your statement "Management doesnt RESIGN when they are on a winning team." is 100% correct but I tend to look at from this perspective. I would rather see team management from the losing team make some trades for better players to make it a winning team rather than keep the losing team players and HOPE they could string some wins together. We have seen this losing team that has had some great ideas over the last 3 years but they NEVER follow them through to fruition so they are just idea people. We need people that are doers at this point in the company's history.
