FRD 13.72 - LONGVIEW, Texas, May 25, 2021...Friedman Industries announced guidance for its fourth quarter ending March 31, 2021, and expects to issue audited results in late June.

The blockbuster estimate was made almost two months after the fact. I'm sticking with trusting FRD management not to be outright liars. Blunderers yes, with that insulting .02 dividend announcement immediately prior to a blockbuster report...
