Good morning buddy and rest of Cyber Crew. Today will definitely be interesting. I could see a drop at the open that gets absorbed later in the day, but who really knows?

I don't think the last of the convertible notes appearing in the OS is that big of a deal. If the OS went to like 30-40 billion yes - but 12.5? I don't see it. Plus, I just think the business is expanding with the EV Battery, the NFTs, Crank Virtual purchase and so on.

I wouldn't get too cute trying to predict exactly where this is going short term. There are still the catalysts of the shareholders call and emerging growth conference which will get a lot of eyes on this - and maybe, just maybe, some new investors from the conference. Who's to say there won't be a share buyback because these new investors would get some of the shares? I don't know....they may get preferred shares though. We just have to see how it plays out, but I've seen share increases in other stocks, like Citius Pharmaceuticals, which were beneficial. They doubled their share count in March, and the stock has gone from 1.54 to 3.70 since, because the shares are being used to fund Phase III of their medical device.

Expansion of the OS is not always a bad thing - if it means business expansion. My gut tells us that may be what we have here.
